As our business grows, so does our team. We are looking for a enthusiastic project specialist to be the central source of managing projects across the team who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

You will be required to develop newly formed client relationships to secure additional projects whilst ensuring longer standing client relationships continue to grow and prosper.

You will ensure our clients consistently receive the highest quality service, inspire the highest standards in team members and contribute to the successful and profitable achievements of our client's objectives.

You will be expected to act upon solid marketing principals based on your experience in creating integrated and interactive web work for a range of clients. You will need to be used to negotiating rates, agreeing deliverables and laying down firm foundations for ongoing relationships.

So far you will have two or three years in business with solid experience and you are now ready for your next challenge.

• Delivery of new and existing websites
• Information architecture & workflow
• On-going management of a diverse client base & a variety of websites
• Experience in testing and reporting bug fixes for websites
• A good eye for design - user interface and brand experience
• Liaise with digital development team for new features
• The use of CMS for managing websites
• Social networking experience
• Search engine optimisation management
• Implementation of project management processes
• 1st line support

This is a design role, so while technical skills are desirable, we are seeking someone who shines in designing website visuals & graphics for a diverse client base & a variety of different websites - also how you deal with multiple requests from a multitude of people on a Monday morning, while we make you your first cup of coffee!
